Applies to the ServicePerks app by QuickScaleApp LLC (iOS and Android)
You can delete your ServicePerks account and its associated data at any time, either
directly in the app or by emailing us. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
Open ServicePerks and go to Settings (tap your avatar on the home screen).
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion. Your account and profile data are removed immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Email admin@serviceperksapp.com
from the email address associated with your ServicePerks account with the subject
"Account deletion request". We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your login credentials (Firebase Authentication account).
Your profile and onboarding answers (service affiliation, pay grade, years of service, preferences).
Deal submissions you have made.
What may be kept
Purchase records are managed by Apple App Store / Google Play and their billing
systems; subscription records may be retained by those platforms and our payment processors as
required for accounting and fraud prevention.
Aggregated, de-identified analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
Records we are legally required to retain, for as long as the law requires.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel in your device's
subscription settings (App Store or Google Play → Subscriptions) to stop future charges.
