Privacy Policy

ServicePerks ("the app") is operated by QuickScaleApp LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("QuickScaleApp," "we," "us," or "our"), which is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. The app helps members of the U.S. military community — active duty, veterans, retirees, and their families — find and understand the benefits, discounts, pay, and VA compensation they may qualify for. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We built ServicePerks to be privacy-respecting: we do not sell your personal information and we do not use advertising trackers.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address (or, if you use Sign in with Apple, the identifier and any relay email Apple provides).
• Profile you provide. During onboarding you may tell us your military status, branch, pay grade/rank, years of service, ZIP code, and a self-reported VA disability rating. You choose what to share; this is used only to personalize the information the app shows you.
• Subscription information. If you subscribe, our payments provider (RevenueCat) and Apple process the transaction and share purchase status with us (for example, whether your subscription is active). We never receive your full payment card details — Apple handles payment.
• Basic technical data. Standard, non-advertising diagnostic data needed to operate the app reliably.

How we use your information

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To personalize pay, TSP, and VA benefit estimates and surface discounts relevant to your profile.
• To provide, maintain, and improve the app and its features.
• To process and validate your subscription.

How your information is shared

We share information only with the service providers that make the app work, and only as needed to provide the service:

• Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) — to manage sign-in and securely store your account profile.
• RevenueCat — to manage and validate your subscription.
• Apple — to process payments and, if you use it, Sign in with Apple.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account information for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from within the app (in the app, tap your profile avatar and choose "Delete Account"), which removes your stored profile and account. You may also email us to request deletion.

Your choices

• You can decline to provide profile details and still use core parts of the app.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings.
• You can delete your account and data as described above.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

Children's privacy

ServicePerks is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Pay, TSP, and VA figures in the app are planning estimates, not official determinations, and are not financial, tax, or legal advice. Discounts and benefits are offered by third parties and may change or end at any time; always confirm eligibility and terms directly with the provider.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
