Scope — Terms of Use

By downloading or using Scope (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms incorporate Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA); where they conflict, these terms govern your use of Scope's own features.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Scope on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the applicable Apple Media Services Terms.

Subscriptions & billing

Scope offers an auto-renewable subscription, Scope Pro, which unlocks scanning and full features.

• Price: $47.99 per year (USD; may vary by region), after a 3-day free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you subscribe.
• Purchases and refunds are processed by Apple under their policies.

They are not medical, health, nutritional, or dietary advice and are not a substitute for professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional regarding your health and before making dietary changes. Product data may be incomplete or inaccurate; verify important information independently.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app — including reverse-engineering it, using it unlawfully, interfering with its operation, or scraping or reselling its data.

Third-party data & services

Scope relies on third-party services and public databases — including Open Food Facts, openFDA, FatSecret, and a third-party AI service — to provide product information and analysis. That content is provided "as is" and is subject to those providers' own terms. Scope is not responsible for third-party content.

Intellectual property

Scope, its design, and its content (excluding third-party data) are owned by Relentless Impact Labs and protected by applicable law. These terms grant you no ownership rights.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relentless Impact Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from the Profile screen.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
