These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ServicePerks mobile application ("the app"). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What ServicePerks provides

ServicePerks helps members of the U.S. military community discover benefits, discounts, pay information, and estimated VA compensation. The app aggregates information and provides calculators and directories for your convenience.

2. Third-party discounts and benefits

Discounts, offers, and benefits listed in the app are provided by third-party merchants, organizations, and government programs — not by ServicePerks. We do not control these offers and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, eligibility requirements, or terms. Offers may change or end at any time. Always confirm details directly with the provider before relying on them.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• ServicePerks offers an auto-renewable subscription: $59.99 per year or $12.99 per month, each with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before you purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions at any time.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Subscriptions are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its content, and its branding are owned by ServicePerks or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or content except as necessary to use the app.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of information. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate, discount, or benefit will be accurate or available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServicePerks and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of benefits, savings, or data, arising from your use of the app or reliance on any information it provides.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of the developer's residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
