How do I scan a product?

Open the Scan tab and point your camera at a barcode, or switch to Photo to snap the label. Scope reads the ingredients and gives it a 0โ€“100 health score with an Aโ€“E grade.

What do the scores mean?

Higher is healthier. Scores come from public nutrition data and an independent model that weighs sugar, additives, and processing. No brand pays for a better score.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Scope Pro is an auto-renewable subscription managed by Apple. To cancel, open Settings โ†’ your Apple ID โ†’ Subscriptions on your iPhone, select Scope, and tap Cancel. You can also restore purchases from the app's Profile screen.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile โ†’ Delete account. This removes your data and sign-in. You can also email us to request deletion of any account data.
